"Freak Your Dream"

I finally got around to watching the finale episode of "America's Best Dance Crew" earlier tonight (gotta love DVR), and although the group I was rooting for (Beat Freaks) did not win, the group to take the title (Quest Crew) was deserving of it. The Beat Freaks coined the phrase, "Freak your dream!" They were gracious runner-ups, but more than that, I loved their enthusiasm and persistence to follow their passions in life and to encourage others to do the same. I'm all about it. It's not a matter of winning or losing; it's all about who you are and what it took to go for what you want in life. This past year, I made a great effort to start pursuing my own passions in life, and although I know I still have miles to go until I get to where I want to be, I am glad that I have finally started moving in that direction, and the journey so far has been amazing. After watching that show, I really started to think about what my vision is for my life, and I realized that it has been a while since I last took full stock of what I want and who I want to be. My mind is always changing when it comes to my interests and pursuits, so I will need to devote some time to really take things into consideration. There are a few things that will never change though. I know that I want to be creative, work one-on-one with people, and make a real difference in this world. What are you passionate about in life?
